experience to its transactions and on behalf
of its portfolio companies. Since the late
1980’s Rosemont’s principals have

a breadth of strategic and operating issues.
Originating with the formation of Rosemont’s
predecessor, Investment Counseling, Inc.,

a set of skills, experience and industry contacts
that are exceptional and unique. This experience
coupled with our transaction and structuring
expertise, offers a unique and valuable resource
that is deployed for the benefit of Rosemont’s
